The Mentorship Festival is a year-long program supporting Form Four leavers with career mentorship, soft skills development, and career path guidance. It provides resources and insights on training, finances, and the job and work industry to help students make informed career decisions. It's delivered through group discussions, workshops, expert panels, and self-aministered tests developed by exports.
